This morning I went to see the Pike Place market, a public market overlooking the Seattle waterfront. The highlight was the fish market, where the fishmongers occasionally throw the fish between each other whilst chanting.
I then took a tram to Lake Union park, where I saw some old boats.
Later in the day, I returned to the Seattle Center to visit the Chihuly Garden and Glass exhibit. It features art made from glass. The indoor section combines the glass with lighting, to great effect. The outdoor section relies more on plants to complement the glass.
In the afternoon it started to rain, so I thought it best to retreat indoors to listen to coverage of the EU referendum results.
